Terms of Service
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions for using the Mulleh desktop app (the "App") and the mulleh.com website, which Minchan Song ("we" or "us") distributes free of charge.
Article 2 (Nature of the App)
- The App runs on your computer. There are no accounts, and the projects, chats, documents, and files you create are stored on your computer. We don't receive their contents.
- The App's AI features run on AI engines you install and log in to (currently Anthropic's Claude Code and OpenAI's Codex, including those installed with the App's "Install and connect"). The engines' terms of use, fees, usage limits, and data handling are governed by the agreements between you and the companies that provide them. We don't provide or guarantee the engines.
- The App is free.
Article 3 (Notice that the App uses AI)
- The App is based on generative artificial intelligence. Chat replies, and the documents and files the AI creates or edits, are generated by the AI engine.
- AI output may be wrong, incomplete, or untrue. Check it yourself before making important decisions or submitting or sending anything.
- The App asks for your approval before the AI writes files, runs commands, clicks or types in a connected app, types into another terminal tab, or messages another chat. However, a browser window you've added to a chat is read and operated without asking. The AI is instructed to ask first before hard-to-undo actions such as sending, but this depends on the AI's judgment and can't be guaranteed.
- What the AI does within the scope you approved or allowed in advance with "Always allow", and in browser windows you've added to a chat, is treated as done on your instructions.
- Rights to the output are governed by the agreements between you and the engine provider and by applicable law. We claim no rights to your output.
Article 4 (License)
- We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to install and use the App free of charge for personal and business purposes.
- You won't modify and redistribute the App or sell it, except where the law otherwise allows.
- Open-source components included in the App are governed by their own licenses (in the App under Settings › About › Open source licenses).
Article 5 (Your responsibilities)
- You're responsible for keeping and backing up your data. The App keeps versions of task documents and a trash, but not every change can be undone, so back up important material separately.
- You'll use the App in compliance with the law and these Terms, and won't use it to infringe the rights of others.
- When you sign in to other services through the in-App browser or connections and let the AI operate them, or connect other apps on your computer for the AI to use, it's your responsibility to follow the terms of those services and apps (including whether they allow automated use).
- API keys and sign-in information you enter in the App are kept in your computer's secure storage. You're responsible for the security of your computer and of each account.
Article 6 (Personal information)
We handle personal information processed through the App and the Website according to our Privacy Policy. The App checks for updates and sends usage statistics and error reports. You can turn off usage statistics and error reports at any time under Settings › About.
Article 7 (Updates)
- The App checks for new versions. If automatic updates are on, it downloads new versions in the background and installs them when you quit the App.
- While you're connected to the internet, a version with a security problem or a defect that damages data may be blocked from use until you update it (a required update). It isn't blocked while you're offline.
Article 8 (Changes to and discontinuation of the service)
- We may change features of the App and the Website or stop distributing them. Before we stop distribution or shut down the update server, we'll announce it on the Website 30 days in advance.
- Even if distribution stops, an App you've installed keeps working on your computer. Only features that need our servers, such as updates, stop.
Article 9 (Warranty and limitation of liability)
- The App is provided free of charge and as is. We don't warrant that the App is fit for a particular purpose or free of errors.
- We aren't liable for damage you suffer in connection with using the App, which we provide free of charge. This doesn't apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or to any other liability that can't be excluded by law.
- Outages, charges, and data handling arising from other companies' services — such as AI engines, services you connected, and sites you opened in the in-App browser — are the responsibility of the providers of those services.
Article 10 (Changes to these Terms)
- We post these Terms on the Website.
- When we change these Terms, we'll announce the changes and their effective date on the Website starting 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to you), and announce important changes in the App as well.
- When we announce changes, we'll also state that if you keep using the App without objecting by the effective date, you'll be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms. If you don't agree, you can stop using the App and uninstall it.
Article 11 (Contact, governing law, jurisdiction, and language)

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
